• Receive the member rate for CME conferences in Minnesota.
  • Maintains a central phone and mailing address for dissemination of information for all individual and corporate matters.
  • Helps the individual D.O., and the profession as a whole, to better serve the interests of osteopathic medicine, and concerns itself with the quality and cost of the delivery of health care for citizens of Minnesota.
  • Develops a public relations program for within the profession as well as a program for informing the public of the profession’s achievements and programs.
  • Provides a liaison to all health care organizations and agencies; maintains liaison with the Minnesota State Licensing Board.
  • Coordinates communications and functions with the American Osteopathic Association and all of its subdivisions.
  • Provides information to members and other individuals and organizations that require data concerning a doctor or the profession.
  • Believes that the individual D.O., the total osteopathic profession and patient’s interests will be best served by all D.O.s working together.
